Before my professorship (2019), I worked for eleven years across industries in innovation and digitalization. I hold a diploma in business administration, a doctor in innovation management, and am trained as a coach, a creative leader, and an agile facilitator. Hi. My name is Monika. I am an OD Consultant, Coach & Supervisor. My focus lies in Organizational Development (OD). I worked for twelve years as a project manager and business coach at BASF. I have an FH diploma in information management and a master’s in business administration. I am trained as a supervisor and coach. I know Sabrina from the coaching institute living sense. Sabrina and me co-facilitate the Digital Business Model Ramp Up Training. You gain with me a reflected process facilitator.
Hi. My name is Miriam. I am working in Environmental Protection and Sustainability Management. In addition, I am an officer for Education for Sustainability. I hold a diploma in Sociology and recently studied “Risk Assessment and Sustainability Management” (Master-Level). I sensitize and enlighten others on how they can lead a sustainable lifestyle – in everyday life and at work. I am also a board member of foodsharing, e.V. in Germany. I know Sabrina as a team leader from a promotion job, where our team ultimately won a competition. Sabrina and I co-facilitate the Mindful Work Flow Training. Hi. My name is Karin. I am the founder of the Fastfood Impro Theater Munich, which has existed for 30 years. I am a trainer and coach of leaders. I studied theater at the university in Munich and am trained as a coach and trainer. I know Sabrina from an improvisation theater weekend course. Hi. My name is Julia. I am the co-founder of thewearness and a former journalist. Together with my three partners, I sell sustainable luxury fashion online. As well, I support organizations with their storytelling such as the University of Applied Sciences Hildesheim. Creativity means original problem solving to me. I have a university diploma in fashion design and am educated in Sustainable Business Strategy as well as Circular Economy. I know Sabrina from the Creative Leadership Program in Amsterdam.
